The Brothers

From Italy, through Chicago, to the island.

Gianfranco and Roberto Rovito immigrated from Italy with a strong work ethic and a deep respect for tradition, refining their craft in the kitchens of Chicago.

Roberto built Capri Sogno in Plainfield, Illinois on classic Italian flavors and consistency, while Gianfranco found success in Hilton Head with Coastal Capri and a lighter, Lowcountry approach.

Now the brothers are together again in Coligny Square, combining Italian heritage, Chicago influence, and family tradition.
